dEHAIRING PADDLES

We have tested our dehairing paddles in practice for many years. By means of continuous product improvements we have been able to develop outstanding material properties, guaranteeing very high hygienic standards, excellent dehairing results and a long product durability. Hollandia Zeman Dehairing Paddles Long Life – Heavy Duty more than live up to their reputation. As a result of strict quality control and extensive practical tests a service life of up to 1.8 – 2.0 million uses can be achieved, depending on the machine environment. Registered trademark! Hollandia Zeman® proves the product is genuine! These products are supplied internationally to machine manufacturers and retailers, and if needed, they can be provided with the client’s name/logo.

  • More than 22 layers of nylon fabric are integrated crosswise into the material to provide reinforcement on the inside
  • Suitable for heavy duty
  • Available in all hole spacings required and different diameters
  • Suitable for 1/2’’ UNF (M12), 9/16’’ UNF (M14), and 5/8’’ UNF (M16) screws

 

Premium material for best results:

  • Dehairing paddles made of natural rubber are supplied with galvanized scrapers as standard equipment. Stainless steel scrapers are also available.

Since 1977 Zeman B.V. has been the only European supplier producing products such as dehairing paddles, cleaning whips and roller hook for abattoirs.
